I'm not sure if I shared the story about how I ended up ordering this cue. Similar situation with you and Ernie. Just started playing again and had the one cue I thought would be the only one in my possession. Needed a tip changed and I asked some local players who/where to go. Someone said take it to Kent - nice guy. So I call Kent and stopped by his shop.
While there, I'm looking at a bunch of work in progress and completed cues he's about to ship. He puts a few in my hands for a closer look. Long story short - I walk out with a new tip and a cue on order. LOL.
I think you need to show us your Gina collection! I'm curious to see the restoration done on the Gina built in the late 60s and of course the others you have.
