Fantasy "sports"

I didn't want to hijack another thread regarding gambling but it did get me wondering about something.

Why are online gambling sites for poker unlawful but the “Fantasy” sports collect, hold, tabulate, etc etc and promote gambling?

Thanks for the advice but I am in the forum I want.

Wondering how online gambling can attack poker and not elsewhere. Follow-on question too, if there are money matches advertised on sites ala AZB, is there anything bordering on illegal or is it all ok?
