Who Made this Shaft?

The shaft is 29-1/2" long it has an 'S' stamped on the pilot. Any Ideas?

It is definitely not Schuler. The sides would be smooth. It would measure .440" diameter and about .32" long. The joint collar is also too long.

couldn t this be one of those *buffaloe double-joints* ?
To me (from this photo) i remember that i ve seen these type of joints only on Buffaloe cues in the 90 s.
