Good luck getting the owner of hard time bellflower to put up any money for the tournament if it's in Sacramento. We all know he only puts up money when it will benefit him only.

Every tournament he has added money he makes sure he makes it back with green fees and for the larger tournaments in charging admission and selling food.

One year he even tried to charge admission to the players who wanted to watch the tournament on the final day but had been eliminated earlier. Luckily enough people complained and he changed his mind.

What needs to happen is there has to be enough sponsorship from outside sources say if u could get 2k and then charge the host room 1k.
 
If you select players from the 'extended' group (meaning the guys who usually play in only the first Sunday and other big events), Bellflower would have a solid edge. They simply have a much larger pool of players to choose from. If you select the guys who play there weekly at the least, Sac would probably have an edge, but it would be close.
