Old Valley table?

Hi,

I am looking to purchase a used Valley table for my home.
I came across one locally that I am about to go and see.
Based on the serial number (6Exxxxx), this looks like it was made in 1973.

Any opinion whether I should try for a more recent table, or any particular reason why age should be an issue with these?
Valley web site indicates that rails should be still available, so hopefully parts availability is not too bad.

Thanks!

The U23 rails. :/
Those old coin-op tables get beat down so hard over the years... Most of them are not worth your money, time and effort purchasing and having it delivered/set up with new cloth unless it's a one owner kinda valley table..
IMHO you will find a newer model, take your time' there is a lot of valley tables and several others on the market.

Thanks, having seen that table now, I fully agree with you!

I'll be on the lookout for a newer table. Although I must say, I thought they would be much easier to find, I have been looking for a couple of weeks and I am struggling to locate a good one around San Diego on CL or ebay. Any tips on where to find one?
