Just picked this guy up last weekend. It's a nice george case with a calzone-like pocket (which i've not seen before). Any info on year made, valuation, etc would be appreciated. Feel free to PM me as well. Pic's will follow shortly. The case on the right is now my old case! lol

I have one just like it with the Fellini style latch, same color, different pocket, and I would value it at $150-$200, maybe less depending on condition.

The case next to it has more character>>:cool:
 
Cool, thanks for the info. That was around what I'd guessed for the value. The lady I bought it from had three little ankle biting Chihuahuas. Try negotiating when you have incessant yipping going on right below you. It was worth it tho!

I've seen a ton of It's George cases over the years and owned a few myself, but i've never seen one with a pocket like this case. It's very unusual.

my thoughts.....why i bumped it up....maybe someone else has a rare bird like this one...i also have a its george case that is very rare and maybe there were only a few of mine made....but i love diffrent things and this is COOL.....

I'm hoping someone has a catalogue, however it's possible this was a custom order. I'm not too knowledgeable about case history. It fit's my needs quite well though! There are a few scuffs, but nothing major. Will go over it with a leather cleaner soon.

Fellini style latch with no key unfortunately.
