Man, wish I weren't at work right now...
I wonder if this will be available for viewing later..

Now they're saying on the stream that it's actually 18-13. If so, the score has been wrong on the screen for a long time.

Efren breaks dry (though his break has actually been pretty powerful and controlled tonight). Earl misses the 1 ball. Efren misses the 5 ball while trying to move the 7 away from the 6. Earl runs out to make it 18-14.

earl's been a good sport??? have he been saying efren is lucky yet??

I haven't heard Earl say a word in a long time actually. Just as I say that Earl breaks dry and starts complaining that Efren has been getting better shots after the break.

Efren makes a tough cut on the 3 down the rail, then shoots lefty on the 4 to draw back perfect on the 5.

They just confirmed that the score is in fact 18-13.

Efren gets a little straight in on the 8, but powers the cueball back down table for perfect shape on the 9. Efren has beaten the 10-footer tonight. Efren leads 19-13.

Efren jumps the cue ball off the table on the break. Earl misses the 3 ball and looks like the more tired player tonight. Efren runs out to get to the hill 20-13.

Efren has just over-powered the table tonight with his stroke and his incredible accuracy.

Earl breaks dry. Efren has a good shot on the 1, gets shape on the 2. Efren runs the 3-4-5.
The 6 is near the side pocket, with the 7 in an awkward position high up on the cushion near the same side pocket.

Efren makes the 6 and gets a little straight on the 7, with the 8 on the other side of the table.

Efren powers the 7 in, makes the 8 in the corner, the 9 in the side, and then the 10 to win 21-13!!

Efren's play tonight was superb, almost flawless.

At one point Efren's TPA was reported at .972 around halfway through.

He missed I believe three shots tonight, and drilled probably 20 shots that he would have missed yesterday. I'd love to know his final TPA but I'm guessing around .940. {edit: just checked 0.878. Surprising drop, but Effie did lose the cue ball off the table twice and missed a couple shots late}

Earl missed shots late, but Efren dominated this table tonight.

That is true for the top professionals, but throw a couple lower-ranked pros on there and you'll see a big difference.

I got a real good stream all night long. I don't know if they fixed anything or if I just got lucky. One thing for sure, there was no way Efren got lucky tonight. He just dominated in such a breathtaking banner that I still can't believe what I just watched.

I sure hope IP is archiving this series for the rest of the world to be able to see. This was pool like I've rarely seen before, played by a master that some feel is over the hill, and on a strange 10' table to boot. I'm in for the DVD at twice what the whole PPV cost, it was that good. Every lover of the game should make it a point to watch this match any way they can. They will not regret it.
