Customer was told this is a Mike Gulyassi original sledge hammer. IDK, but told him I would check. I'm NO expert, but I thought the first ones from Mike had 3/8x10 pins in both locations, and didn't say patent pending on them.

as I said, I am by NO MEANS knowledgable on Mike G. Sledgehammers. Can you help me with ID, and approx. value. He is trying to sell locally, and possibly here, if there is enough interest.

Its an earlier model but not one of the originals. He used the 3/8 10 pin both in the butt and the joint.

Awesome! Thanks guys. Any idea what I should tell my customer to ask for it?

Whether it was an original or one made in Taiwan, they were all the same price.

With the price I would say $175-$200 if it is still straight if I was selling it.

Of course if I were the buyer, I wouldn't pay that much. $125 would be my highest.

Yowza. He was thinking an original would fetch him upward of $500. Such is life i suppose. Still a good breaking cue. In this situation I would just advise him to hold on to it.

Thanks again.
