I want to extend a HUGE Thank you to Jerry Forsyth (sp?) for the VERY generous offer to send some dvd's and patches out here to Afghanistan for me and my pool buddies out here. That was one of the kindest and most generous acts I have ever had extended to me and we all GREATLY appreciate it. You sir are top notch in my book and I wanted to put this out there publicly for all to see. The last time I was over seas I had a couple stops on my way to and from our A.O. where they had pool tables...Bagram air field was one of them and it seems like J-bad was the other....Cue's with tips on them were a rare commodity as was chalk...I may be able to come up with a box of some Elk Masters and some Master chalk to send that way if you guys need that kind of stuff.

I appreciate the offer, but the cues we have here to shoot with on our 6.5 foot table are lucky to have functioning ferrules on them hahahahaha... So they resorted to slip on ferrule/tip combos.... I greatly do appreciate the offer, but I'll probably just order a cheap kaiser cue or something and have it sent here after I get home in march for my vacation. Bagram had some decent tables ( some years ago) and Kandahar had the best tables in country so far that I've seen.
