A 07 whole cue new was probably less than 350

Bought in 2002ish new for $350. The list price was $425. Id pay $350 again if mine ever went to shit.

Well I'd say a complete cue of that vintage, is worth about 2-250 depending on condition. A new shaft is going to be 1-125 depending on where you get it. So in this case I'd say your butt is worth 90-150 depending on the buyer.

I'd consider it on the low side.
