Well, in the video you did a 15 dgr perception with an inside sweep for all the 5 shots, which means you went through the same processes, how could you end up making 5 different angled shots? I mean wasn't your object ball supposed to go the same direction for each shot? For example, if I tell someone at a starting point to walk 5 steps ahead, then turn around walk 3 steps ahead. Now where he ends up being we call finishing point. Then I tell him to go back to starting point and repeat those steps, he should end up at finishing point everytime if his stride is consistent. Cte Pro One is consistent. Even in the video Stan says visual is the same visual, pivot is always 1/2 tip. If you did everything exactly the same for each shot in the video, I don't understand how you pocketed all the shots.
Enzo,
Here's where ur making a mistake.
You're trying to learn a new method of aiming with an old thought process. If you really want to learn ProOne, forget what you know or might have been taught about aiming before.
Let me pose a question to you that might help you see the light.
For example, if I tell someone at a starting point to walk 5 steps ahead, then turn around walk 3 steps ahead. Now where he ends up being we call finishing point. Then I tell him to go back to starting point and repeat those steps, he should end up at finishing point everytime if his stride is consistent.
Yes, u will end up at the same finishing point. However, ur proposition requires the person to return to the EXACT SAME starting point. If, the person is at a different starting point and uses the same directions he also arrives at the same point but equivalent in distance. So you see u are in a different location physically but in relation to distance u have traveled the same. So u have the same finishing point.
In Gerry's 5 shots he IS NOT at the same starting point though. He is using the same process. And he is ending in the same finishing point... THE POCKET (right angle to be more exact).
CTE ProOne is a new dimension in aiming! The system is about CB-OB relations, the rotation that connects to the geometry of the table which takes the OB to right angles. SIMPLE AS THAT.
A proverb that may best illustrate the learning process
"You must first empty the tea glass before it can be filled."
Take a deep breath and take the advice of everyone here. Watch the DVD with an open mind, empty of what you think should be. Use the diagramed shots and practice only those shots. Then give us some feedback. If its not for you, then it's for u to decide. I'm not here to force anyone to believe in ProOne, I just give my advice and if its for u then hey, its for you. BOTTOMLINE
