J.B. Cases does he help or hurt the sell of CTE dvd's?

I'm just curious what people think. He is certainly out there pushing the system but does he persuade you to try it or just the opposite or perhaps no affect at all.

Thanks

JB has been hugely important for CTE PRO ONE sales. If I were to name a BOOSTER OF THE YEAR AWARD, JB would win.

Your opinion is the one I was looking forward to seeing the most.

Thanks again for the response.

JB has commanded a world-wide audience over the past many, many, many months. John has tirelessly promoted CTE PRO ONE. There is no telling how many viewers he sent to watch my YouTube videos. John is an extremely knowledgable person concerning CTE and that is validated by his posting concerning the subject.
I appreciate the heck out of what John has done in promoting CTE PRO ONE and NOT for sales but for his passion in getting the message out about CTE and the fact that it is OKAY to venture into something different that can help one's game.

Yes, that he has. It is cool that you see him as an asset because he certainly puts in the time promoting your system.

It is much, much larger than my system, for John it is about a principle of choice for aiming the way one wishes......in freedom.

I think it can only help cte sales. Stan extensive work with CTE has already proven its a strong and valuable system but like any other skills it takes hard work and dedication to master the system.

I would like to add that regardless of anything that happened during the match. I think the majority of us would have played worse under those conditions. So I get anyone playing less then stellar.

I think the match with Lou wasn't good for CTE.

i agree
for someone who is prompting it as the only way to make a shot consistently
he definitely didnt demonstrate that
this comment has no inference to the merits of cte
p.s.
fwiw
i finf some of the aimong threads sort of like religion or negotiations between the arabs and jews
people have been using ghost ball for years
mosconi ran over 500 balls using it.....
so dont say its worthless....jmho ...icbw
for those who use cte
if it works for you
GREAT
cant it be possible that there is more than one way to pocket a ball??

I'll always remember the following:
I once commented on one of his entertaining you tube videos and asked if there was any chance he could do a "How to do video" based on the instructions on the "billiards the game" I think it was called, web site. Which is CTE.
Within 2 days there was a 50 minute how to do video. Amazing stuff.
It was taken off around a week later due to the video freezing towards the end of the video.
I always regret not making a copy of it.
Cheers

I get the feeling Barton is highly adept at persuading the gullible to part with their cash, but who wants to be gullible?

Daryl Peach has a CTE PRO ONE DVD and has referred others to make the purchase.

Phil Burford teaches CTE PRO ONE and has referred others to purchase as well.

Darren Appleton likes CTE PRO ONE and said that he thinks Philipino players are using Pro one.

Rodney Morris said using CTE PRO ONE is like stealing.

A European instructor that has trained under Ralph E. Is teaching CTE PRO ONE to his students.

A poolroom owner in the Philippines is teaching CTE PRO ONE to his clients.

CTE PRO ONE is in all 50 states and probably 50 different counties and NOT because people are gullible but simply because players are more and more recognizing that real CTE connects one to the table, THE ONLY SYSTEM THAT DOES SO.

Meanwhile, and more pertinent to the OP, Barton never stops shilling CTE and plays like a drain.

If I were you, I'd ditch him. Fast.

Actually, I'd be honored to have a 100 more just like Mr.Barton. John plays the game better than 99 percent of all players. And YOUR attitude is ditch.... You must be kidding!

I spent 30 full years in a classroom and I believed in all of my students and NEVER ditched or let one of them down.

You will NEVER see me ditch a pool student either. I do not operate that way.

I don't think it's fair to judge JB by one match. If all he did was work on his stroke he would be a much better player. Whether you aim by feel or a system the majority of your misses will be do to an improper stroke. I think JB would be the perfect student for Stan to invest more time in. We have multiple samples of his ablilities. Some say his stroke is bad. Some say he doesn't seem to use an aiming system at least consistently. I would assume Stan can see stroke issues and would work to correct those issues before teaching anything else. JB seems committed to CTE and I hope with further instructions he will some day change many minds.

I have the CTE/Pro 1 dvd, and I'm not doing very well with it. Not saying anything bad about it, I'm just having problems understanding it. Maybe I missed it while watching, but exactly what am I supposed to focus on when I pull the trigger? I understand the CTE line, and the ETa/b/c line even though I'm having trouble choosing whether it should be a,b, or c, but what do I focus on when I shoot? I'm used to focusing on the contact point on OB, but if you find the 2 lines, and then your body follows your eyes do I then focus on the whole OB, or focus on the CB?...thanks

I think it would be great if Stan could set up a live stream answering CTE PRO ONE questions. Many are confused like myself. Not as easy when you dont have a table at home. Streams can be free and he can use a webcam. Maybe something like yahoo or something. Not a techie but I am sure it would be easy to do. He can feel free to ignore any question from naysayers.

Center cue ball is the target when first learning CTE PRO ONE. Go through the process to CCB and shoot.
