Action Cue Joint Pin

I have a buddy that has an Action cue that is wanting some j/p's made for it, PLUS I'd like to have a maintenance pin for it so I can work on it. It is a quick release of some kind but I have no idea what size or what thread it is. Can anyone help me out on the size, possibly where to get a tap so I can make some j/p's for it and possibly where to obtain a maintenance pin for it ??? It breaks down to a jump/break cue, but the regular joint pin AND the jump/break pin are exactly the same. A pic is attached for reference. Thanks in advance for any help.
 
Lee, That looks like a J&J Jump Break Quick release. You may be able to get a pin from them but I doubt it, I believe they do make a Delrin JP set for those... JJ Cues... http://www.jjcue.com/ Hope this helps,

I cut apart a cue and took the pin and insert out to make my maintenance set. You won't find a tap and/or pin.

Thanks Ryan..... that's exactly what I thought of doing. I looked on ebay last night and didn't see any cheap enough for me to cut up.

Do you know if it is the same as a J&J like Todd is saying ??

I took a set of the cheap joint protectors, turned down the caps so that they fit my chuck and walla!

The Action is just a little different that the J&J pin.
Call Cue Stix they may have a pin and an insert for that cue for sale.
Rocket Cues makes a drive pin for these cues don't know if he sells them but he has made them in the past.
