I think it's just a mistake. He didn't receive your payment until the 9th according to the PayPal info he posted. Also, he has said that he didn't post the cue. This tracking is to an address which isn't your's and prior to your transaction. Unless I'm missing something, I can't see how this is some kind of scam.

The pookster guy told him he could have it
I think if the seller tried that he'd have to show PayPal that the tracking was to the buyers authorised address- also that the delivery wasn't a week before the transaction. I think Pooky would be safe- PayPal are used to disputes, and if there's any doubt they always side with the buyer.
What the seller could do was say the money was a gift. Pooky sent it as a gift (presumably to save PayPal fees), therefore he might be screwed. Presuming Pooky and the seller are on good terms this shouldn't happen...... Oh whoops.
I think the saying goes:
Keep your friends close but your enemies closer

I think you've said it was sent as a gift about a hundred times! My conscience is clear. If these threads hadn't started you'd probably have the cue or your refund by now. But I don't think getting the cue or refund was ever in your mind when starting the thread- I think you said you'd give the money away if you got it back

Unless your easily annoyed and confused it's neither ,, that what's wrong with this pansy ass society , every little thing bothers them ,, those same type people are the ones that love to stick their nose in others business and tell them how they should be doing thingsI know. It is both annoying and confusing- unless my brother has a secret AZB membership

Ha ha, it should never have started! These threads could had stopped a lot earlier if you stopped posting- you do realise you have posted just shy of 50 times over the two threads? Never mind, let's say it's a lesson learned- if you don't want something discussed publicly, quit posting about personal transactions. If you ask for opinions, people are going to give them, and they are not always going to fall on your side. Oh, and don't send a gift through PayPal unless it's a gift.

I would clarify, I don't have any friends in this matter- except maybe Pookster, we seem to have hit it off.
Regarding negativity- it's only negative if you don't agree. People with a similar mindset probably find my posts quite positive.

You are wasting space in this thread.....you don't trade here but do talk way too much.
The only thing that is "quite positive" is the fact that you sound stupid every time you post something.
