Here's the scenario.
I did a trade deal with another AZB member. My four cues for his NOVA. I told the person to ship first and said he will. A few days later, I pm the person asking if he shipped yet and said that he will first thing in the morning. I patiently waited for a week and a half for the NOVA to be shipped. I have been communicating with him all week and would get a response a day or two later since he said he works nights. I have been patient enough so PM'd him one more time and said that if he doesn't plan on shipping that I will just put the cues back up for sale or trade. So he sent me a tracking number that same day that I thought was kinda suspicious because it was not going to California but was just being delivered to OHIO. Found out later it was a USPS mistake. Cue came and I shot with it a few times. So I PM'd the person and said this is not going to work out since this cue hits like crap. His response was "Are you serious? I thought we had a deal? I had this cue ready to sell for $325 to another person but instead I took a deal with you" Here's my response. ""I apologize this happened. But I am not happy with the cue, so why should I keep a cue I would not play with? I will ship cue in the morning."
I learned in this site that "A deal is not done unless both parties are happy". Please correct me if I am wrong and I am willing to accept fault.
Cheers
You know you were wrong. The reason is because you felt the need to qualify this with this nonsense about his late response and shipping to make your "move" not seem so bad.
That is a whole lotta nothing you posted, when you could have just told us the facts... him shipping it a little late has no bearing on your move, and you know it.
It was a bush league move, pulled by a bush league player.... I don't know many cues that hit like a "plywood", as if anyone knows how plywood hits ?? And I'm guessing you might only be a banger to begin with, thus why you pulled the banger move. Well played Sir
