Steve Johnson Custom Cues?

a newbie here
someone at my local pool hall is selling a Steve Johnson Cue
I have never heard of them , and Google turns up nothing
apparently he is based in Wisconsin

any info would be appreciated

I don't know the name....no one at my pool hall knew the name when I was there earlier......I couldn't find anything about this person anywhere on the Internet.......and the lack of response from the Forum is an indication of this person's reputation.........could be a brand new cue-maker because if he isn't, then you are on your own so don't pay too much if you want the cue.

i could not find any info on the net, the cue is beautiful and seems extremely well made

its a cheapie (for a custom cue) $275.00 but scary that i cant find any info good or bad

The only Steve Johnson I can find in the Cuemaking industry is part of the Schmelke Company

Perhaps he had made or does make his own cues?
