Unknown cue

This is my friends cue,and he would like to know the value of this cue.It has no markings on cue,and i think it is a cheap cue,but maybe im wrong.See pictures below,greetings from Sarajevo.....

Yep, cheap cue, like you'd find in WalMart or Sears. Probably under $50 new, points uneven, if even real and not decals, that round sticker I'm guessing has the weight on it, seen that same style of sticker on very cheap cues. Shaft looks messed up, looks like it has a glue on ferrule/tip combo on it.

Probably worth $30. Maybe.
