Is there a time clock at the 14.1 ?

How long is to long. IMHO the worst thing you can do is play 14/1 like it's 9 ball. If your asking me no. That's what the chair is for. Relax and plan the run out. Watch and learn.

Can't believe it takes so long to shoot a simple shot.

Question I guess.
Which do you prefer
(a) a match where the player is forced to shoot off the hip?
(b) a match where the player has ample time to play the right shot?
There no clock at the 14.1 tourney, unless a player was taking exceptionally long then the ref will be notified and the player would be warned

Earl was saying he wanted to play anyone to 500 with a 20 second clock!!!!
I saw the clock used only once. 45 seconds. Archer and Cohen.

I think there should be a shot clock on every game. There is nothing worse than a player standing at the table who looks like he is sleeping in the standing position.
