Yes I've logged in an out, different browsers, different devices. I bought the stream to watch on my computer. That is unusable. So choppy I can't even watch. On my phone it works fine. However I need my phone all day for business and can't use it to watch pool.
Let me again ask: who is handling customer service and how do I contact them? As of now, this is unacceptible. The fact that it isn't obvious who to turn to solve the problem is just bewildering. Major turn off. Literally. I need to turn it off.

8-7 Kiamco. I'll try to restart everything after this match. Hope that fixes it.
I'm not using windows 10. I've tried chrome and firefox. My Internet connection is disgustingly fast, like 75mbps. So frustrating! And I take chat for granted in any stream...
Hope this gets straightened out very soon.
