Been working on lifting weights and losing weight as a means to an end to peak right at BCA Nationals next year, so haven't really been focusing on pool per se... Just been playing on the weekends when I have the chance...
Still stings a bit, tho. I really thought that if I got my focus back for about 2 hours, I might have double dipped this event from the loser's side.
I lost to #1 and #2, both scores of 7-6 in the redraw. I had chances at 3-4 additional games in both sets, and either picked bad paths, mis-executed on speed, or just didn't come up good after a breakout, even trying to play to the insurance balls.
Mebbe next year... Sigh.
