Yup the open stream slot is going to be a women's match, Miki Nakashima vs Midori Akamatsu, not very stream-worthy imo.
 
Looks like the amateur Daisuke Sakai (table 7) is going through the top 32 if he can hang on for the win. He's one of the toughest players in my area and is totally capable of beating anyone if given the chance.
Alex is also putting a beating on another guy I know who made it in through the qualifier. Was hoping he'd go farther but nothing you can do when you run into a red-hot lion.
 
Stream schedule is already set for the day, so we won't get to see it unfortunately. We'll have to wait until the later rounds for them to start showing the good matches, but even then, if a Japanese player is playing, their match will be first in line for streaming.
 
OK guys its friday the 13th so lets all pull together and post up what ever we know about
the matches scheduled for tonite. Much appreciated!:thumbup:
 
This has probably already been asked, but why are the Ko brothers not in this tournament? Are they still in the US?
 
OK, too many folks told me that they would be changing from the NJ stream to the Japan stream so I thought I'd throw this out there. Why not watch both at once. It's as simple as opening another window!
