Not so great quality pictures. This room in my basement is 43'x23' with 9 ft. ceilings and no poles. We can play doubles pool and doubles ping-pong at the same time and not interfere with each other. The previous owner held aerobics classes in here.

Hopefully I am participating in this thread correctly! Here is my home pool area with the bar, tv and fireplace all nearby.

The Snooker table from Bill and Billies!!!

Great find, glad to see it found a nice home.

Thanks! It's been great having it and the restoration turned out real nice. It's almost like a dream to have a tournament condition English snooker table in my house!

Haha, before I read your "wall of mirrors" comment I said to myself - Nice, 2 tables!

Too funny, but that's exactly the look I was going for...a club feeling. To confess, the real reason for the mirrors is technique training but it does look awesome too!

This is a major update to my home room...a new to me 9' Gold Crown I. A water pipe break above my old table motivated me to make the move to a GC. Glad it happened in a way. What a great table. Looks like it was 1st owned by Akron U due to a tag on the frame, then was supposedly in someone's basement for 30+ yrs. I believe it...it's in great shape for it's age.

I picked this up about 3 weeks ago & hauled it home! Trent at 8 On The Break handled the new cushions, Simonis 860 cloth and the installation. While he had the rails, I painted it with Sherwin Williams Whitetail SW 7103 & installed feet levelers from Ken @ Classic Billiards. I had Ken's decals installed by a friend yesterday. I like the Brunswick logo, so why not?

Trent did an excellent job on the install & set up. Great guy too. The table plays unbelievable! After a long day of getting it all set up, he then mercilessly smoked me in about 10-15 games of pool lol. I'm already getting better on it though!ImageUploadedByTapatalk1453863179.559979.jpgImageUploadedByTapatalk1453863215.144129.jpgImageUploadedByTapatalk1453863245.399974.jpgImageUploadedByTapatalk1453863276.930551.jpgImageUploadedByTapatalk1453863308.465466.jpg

Thumbs Up

Beautiful table. Love the white, the Brunswick decals, and your choice of green Simonis.

A 100 point table. Enjoy!

Love it all. Looks warm and inviting. One little criticism ... don't use under the pool table as a storage area.

Haha. You have a good eye and I figured somebody may comment. I just put quite a bit of wood flooring in my house and this was a quick easy storage for a few boxes that were left over. But thank you, now I have extra motivation to move them elsewhere.

Gold crown II. Diamondized. Diamond rails. Rebuilt sub rail. New zinc pocket casting and feet. 860HR. 4 3/8" pockets

did you pour that floor yourself. ? how is it holding up?

i have been thinking about going that route with our enclosed carport that we converted into a game room.

Holding up like a champ actually. The only thing that scuffed it was when a buddy tripped and biffed it into my table and made it skid an inch. Hardly noticeable unless you're looking at it from the right angle. And no we had a company do it. The prep work was a ***** but the actual process of doing it was amazing! Doesn't look too hard to do yourself though, I just didn't want to grind and level concrete for hours... There's a reason I entered the medical field lol.

Still a work in progress. Got the one table up...now I'm looking to sell it so I can put a Diamond Professional in next month  After that I can get back to work on the lights...going to run some LED flush mounted lights across the ceiling in three main rows...might have some of them be directional to replace some of the track lighting...or not. Set them up to dim...then move on to converting the Gold Crown light to LED tubes that I can dim.

Updated picture of my game room. Already had the Gold Crown II, bar, and fridge. Final touches were the couch and 50 in LED Tv.
