Elephant Ball/Draw Stroke Analysis

Geez, I cant even make this draw shot anymore. It doesn't really get any more simple than this. It took me five (5) tries to make this a while ago.

What exactly are you looking for when you make these constant self deprecating posts?

You've received countless bits of excellent advice here, and I'm sure from the many instructors you've had outside these forums. I'm assuming you've put in the work and the practice, but it's going to take time. It's like you expect to have this game mastered the minute you get some advice.

Just take your time and enjoy yourself. And for the love of God, stop ignoring my advice to get a camera. Here's one for a good price of $100. You want us to really help you, it's going to take a bit more than crude diagrams.

I don't think you understand (which is your biggest problem).

The videos aren't for you. It's for the instructors here.

I thought an iPhone can record video, that its pretty standard on all phones nowadays?

My iPhone, as I've mentioned several times, is about 7 years ago and has no ability to record video.

Pretty much any smartphone (iphones included) after the one you have will record video, reasonably easily. It's a standard feature and has been, for about, oh.... 6.5 years :p

Seriously, even cheap no contract smartphones will usually do video.

Yes, I know and understand that your out of date iPhone doesn't record video.

That's why I've been providing you a solution.

Well, then, why would I buy a camera when I can just buy a new iPhone then?

And with that, any respect I had for you just went out the window.

If anyone else would be interested in wasting their time trying to help you, they are free to do so if they see fit. I, on the other hand, will not be wasting my valuable time. As it is quite obvious that you are either not interested in improving or just not capable. We can't all be astronauts.

If you were gonna buy a new iPhone, one would have thought that you might have done that since the Phone 3g. No offense.

A new camera can be had for $100, or less.

An new iPhone will be at least $200 if you can get someone to do it as a contract phone deal (most carriers won't do that these days), or a $20-$30 a month lease, or $600-$800 when purchased outright.

If you're talking about a used model, all that pricing goes out the window, but will still likely be more than $100. If you aren't going to use it as an active cellphone, it makes no sense to buy an iPhone for this application, as an actual camera will be far more flexible. And likely, less money. If you would use it as an actual cellphone, well have at it. The newer ones are so much more powerful and capable than the 3g, you would be much further ahead of the game, in many areas.

Hope that helps.
