I just received my custom ordered JB Case that I ordered at SBE.
All I can say is WOW.... It is really awesome.
I used to be an It's George exclusive user,, but no more.
They really do a great job and I couldn't be happier with my new case protecting my favorite SW.
Wow, you actually ordered one and received it? I can't even get a simple yes or no reply to several texts or pms from 5 weeks ago.
Lucky you.
Actually the last PM was may 17th. I answered the two previous on the 16th. We sent someone to the fabric market in search of the colors you wanted. Sorry I forgot to answer you on the last one on the 17th. I just answered it.
When I say on video that cases are limited I generally mean it. We buy material whimsically from shops whose inventory changes daily. So when we go back the material might not be there anymore and nothing like it. Since I don't intend to buy 500 yards just to make a few cases the likelihood that we will ever make more of anything described as limited is very low. However if you were to find any fabric that was suitable to make a case and pay for the shipping to our shop in China we would be happy to use it for your case.
Again my apologies for missing the last PM. Sometimes I need to be cattle prodded.
For what it's worth, I first sent you a phone text on April 23 and you replied on the 25th.
This was obviously before our convo here
Thanks for the reply.
If you buy a JB case you will be happy! If you are not, you are a whiner, story over.
Lol. No we try to make everyone happy so we get very few whiners.
Ok, well I get a lot of questions and admittedly am awful about keeping up with them. I am trying to figure out how to be better at it. I used to think email/pms/chats etc... was the greatest thing ever....now I hate it.
Just got my custom ordered case. Took the full estimated time of 3 months. Love it but unfortunately it came damaged. Mathew is taking care of it and will ship out a new one hopefully within the next two weeks.
Just kind of bummed I had to wait so long for a case just to end up waiting longer.
You are blaming JB or the postal service?Just got my custom ordered case. Took the full estimated time of 3 months. Love it but unfortunately it came damaged. Mathew is taking care of it and will ship out a new one hopefully within the next two weeks.

Just sick of haters, john. You make a great product and that's what matters. Can you please give me a quote on that 10x case you offer? Thx Tom
Chit happens, the wait will be worth it~>
The JB cases shop is a busy place, cool of them to get you turned back around in a week or two.
The case got damaged....? I'd think it would be at least useable untill the replacement case shows up. How was it damaged...?
Rob.M
Please mention that this was the post office's fault and not ours. If you are who I think you are.
He did when he said "it came damaged".
At least that's the way I see it.
Why would a maker send out a damaged product?
Must thus have happened in the mail.
Clearly you missed my point entirely.I disagree. Have you never received a product that was broken in an undamaged box?
I have, but then again we bought around 400 items from Amazon last year.
I prefer clarity.
