Well not up on the history of this group. From what I have been told, by so many people, to sort it all out would be tough. Here is a selection of them...

Sweet collection. I like the lacewood handle the best.

Omega sneakies are pretty hard to come by these days.

Let me know if you are looking to add to your collection, I have two.

Just my two cents.- rings, butt and pin are not signature vintage Omega DPK.

I've seen three different pins on cues that are supposed to be authentic Omega's: big hole, small hole, solid pin with symbol.

I've seen the flare and no flare on authentic Omega's.

Agree on the pins

Unless manipulated after delivery I have not seen no flare on Omega DPKs but I have only held about 10 Omega DPKs. I believe later on when DPK was no longer part of the shop they dropped the DPK and the butt flare was no longer incorporated. I defer to iron chef who is the resident expert on Omega DPK and later on known as Omega.

Adding to the discussion, here's a pic of a few pins from Omega/DPKs I used to have. I have one left with the Omega symbol engrave on the pin head.

Left was a newer Omega without the flared buttcap. The right was a very old, early example with double ringwork. All hit great.

Great stuff Joe. I'm very partial to Omega/DPK's with piano key ringwork and intacted original flared buttcap.
