Shaft for a Bender - OB 1

Will a cue tech 3/8x14 shaft from the OB shop fit a Bender?

Don't want to buy one and it not fit from their shop

Very few use a 3/8 by 14 pin. I'm pretty sure Bender does not.

anyone else know the answer - will a cuetech based shaft fit a Bender? It should - just want to ask before I order as to see if anyone has gone this route rather than order one from Mike (he is hard to get a hold of)

It would depend on whether the shaft was made correctly for the Cuetec or not.
Ex.
When I do the threads for Cuetec. I make the hole 9/32 or .281. And the O. D. Of the shaft is around .790. I use a smaller tap for Cuetec than I do Mr. Benders.
Mr. Bender on the other hand. I use a larger hole .302 or .312 depending on what I get for a measurement on his joint screw. And Mr. Benders joint size is much larger than the Cuetec. Probably .840 to .850..
So......what is the ob actually made for??

It's all good Sir. There are many for this variation of 3/8x14.
Bender, Omega, Estoleric, Cuetec and a new quick release that looks like uni loc but uses the 14 also. It never stops.

the OB would be made for my Bender(s)... sounds like you have experience Mike
