Surprised you went with such a hard tip.
I started there and dialing a few times until I settled on a SIB Pro.
The softer tip seems to pair well with such a stiff shaft.

Correction: Pro UltraSkin (Black Tip), certainly soft.

That said, I do not believe the SIB Pro is as hard as the UltraSkin Hard but I haven't seen anything on Tom's site pertaining to SIB hardness.
I haven't done any sort of durometer testing but I have shafts with both.
