Don't be deceived...the shaft chips. This for me is the biggest downside to a carbon shaft. Because once it chips, I believe it cannot be repaired. It's unlike wood where you might still be able to take out the dents/dings...I bought one here (used) & the seller told me the cue was flawless. Well, guess what? It had a chip which you would not notice right away. It was too late when I saw it to say anything to the seller so I just sold it for a good price on ebay. The guy who bought it from me has relisted it for almost 2x what I sold it for. He's even using my photos for his listing.
Imo, the Vantage with a Predator medium tip is their best shaft as far as accuracy & LD properties go.
