Not Necessarily, that position maybe what your opponent left you.
Good for him then.

I didn't want to go there but i tend to agree.Guy outta be a world-beater with these "cheating" aids we're allowed to use.All those advantages, touching the tip to table, diamonds, jump cues, time outs, using the stick to measure the mirror, and the bridge...yet you aren't out there beating pro's taking down tourneys with all those advantages.

Why no rake/rest? Gotta hear your rationale on this.
I totally agree.I think the rest/rake/bridge should go because it is used to get you out of a bad positional play.

I totally agree.
We should also not allow a raised hand bridge without a palm on the table.
This makes it more fair for people with short fingers.
Also, I should be able to stand on an apple box because I'm height challenged compared to my opponent.
As it is I have to play in 90's Disco Platform Shoes!
I have NO clue what speed you play so i have a question: Are you saying that if you play someone your speed and all these "aids" are outlawed you will win more often than not? Just wondering what point you're trying to make/prove. I'm guessing you play a lot of pool ALONE.I don't use any of these things I have listed...if they need to use them then what does that say about their game?

NO no no you don't. These are legit things I think need to be taken out of pool.
- The tip thing is marking the table.
- You should not be able to use your cue as a measuring device.
- Chinese 8 ball and snooker don't have diamonds.
- Lots of people think jump cues should go.
- The rest/rake is used to get you out of a bad positional play...get rid of it.
One of those is already a rule, a bridge is used when you can't reach the ball, nothing to do with position play. Touching tip on the table is not done to mark it but to have a reference point in your head for aiming. I touch the rail a lot when I am thinking where I want to hit it.
I thought you already had two accounts banned, welcome back.

Can I wear pants? One match. One cue. That's it. Simple.
Can I wear pants?
Ya the reason you can't reach the ball is a result of your poor positional play. I would call 2 fouls on you in that scenario.
Brags - How do feel about a dot on a shaft? A decal?
How about a mark on my ferrule?
What is the other player left me there, or there are other balls in the way to get closer? You are a silly silly person.
So.... No Muecci Red Dot Shafts? What the heck is that for? Ya add it to the "not allowed" list.
I'll have to assume that this is on the "not allowed" list? What the heck is that for? Ya add it to the "not allowed" list.
