I am looking for opinions on what my case may be worth. Considering selling for the right price. I currently do not have the ability to post pictures but will attempt to do that over the next day or so.

The case is question is a smooth black leather 2x4 Ron Thomas. Small and large pockets and a slide off top with button clasp (Similar to the It’s George type cases) I would say the condition is an 8 out of 10. Some light scuff marks from years of daily use. No abuse whatsoever. Case would come with dust cover as well.

Tell me AZer’s, what does a case like this fetch in today’s market?

From your description I would value the case @ $300.

Thank you PRED! I genuinely appreciate your response.

Any other estimates out there? I paid more for the case than that originally so I was hoping to fetch a bit more than that on a resale being these cases seem to be fairly rare and seem to sell rather quickly. I will have pictures uploaded ASAP.

My understanding that Ron Thomas is still making cases even if in smaller quantity, thus can't really sell it for more than what you can get one for new unless wrapped in a rare hide or has provenance relating to someone famous. $300 estimate is a fair market value for Ron Thomas 2x4 cases in general. Post it in the for sale section for what you want for it with some good pictures and a description. Either someone will pay the asking price or you'll have to lower your price.
