Schon delrin butt caps are not threaded on. The 3/8x16 weight bolt holds it in place. Easy fix. Drill and tap 1/4x20 into the existing weight bolt and modify your extension

It’s the rubber bumper that tiger provides that keeps coming loose tiger did it at expo but now it the rubber bumper with the threads that the extension screws on to become loose when I take the extension off then I have to tighten it by hand or it will rattle is it a good idea to maybe glue that rubber bumper into the schon butt cap or maybe some type of washer or any other ideas thanks to all just very annoying love the extension just some minor fix I’m sure of it

Also i looked on tiger website there’s no leather washer that came with it and where would that washer go could this be the problem thanks again

This is where the confusion is. You stated "butt cap" when you meant "rubber bumper". Simple mistake. But, if nothing else, you learned something today... I would contact the manufacturer of the extension and ask them what they suggest. They may have forgotten to install the leather washer you mentioned.

Did you check to see if the rubber bumper was broached on the inside so it could be tightened down with an allen wrench

Contacted Tiger got it corrected thanks to all who took the time to give positive advice!!!
