Antique talk powder mini dispenser (solid Ebony) any clue maker or value?

Had this come in a case from the 70s. It’s sokid ebony wood and very well made. Any clue? Maker or value or any info at all?

I'd say worth $20 mostly because of the wood used. Does not look like anything special or a collectible. Nice idea though, a bit like having a set of matching joint protectors. You'd need a top to keep the thing from spilling in your case though.

The design only allows power to flow out when it’s slightly unscrewed. When it’s tightened down powder can’t get out. It’s really cool.

No it’s good since it won’t leak in a case. I don’t use powder at all I just thought it was cool.
