Gold Lettered Joss Logo On Collars

Does anyone know the exact years that Joss did the gold Joss logo on the collars, butt& shaft? I know it was done in the eighties, but not sure of when it began, and ended.

This is a picture of the cue in question. I did not think Joss did this style butt plate or gold lettering after the 80's. Im told it's a 90's cue, but I don't believe so.

I have a 1986 Joss with the gold letters on the collar...that’s all I know for sure.

I have a shaft with that logo laying around. Big ivory ferrule and dark maple, very impressed with the quality. They were doing great work at the gold logo timeframe

My understanding was that Joss changed from white lettered collars to gold in late 1986. My 1985 is white lettered and the top cue in this post was a white lettered ‘86. I don’t have a clear sense of when they stopped using the gold letter IDs, but I thought it was some time in the early 90’s.
