Cue Sports Gear Swap - Event Organization Advice?

Hello AZ,

I've been talking with some of my local league operators & I think we are going to try and organize a "Cue Sports Gear Swap" Event.

Anyone done this & have some advice as to how to pull it off successfully? (Thinking perhaps doing a quarterly event)

Things we are considering:
Venue space must be large enough
Have pool tables in good playing shape
Advertising
Advanced notice
Weekend date

Welcoming all suggestions

Hopefully someone with some experience chimes in. I’ve never been to one but I’d like to. Let us know the info if this gets rolling

Appreciate the feedback, looks like March, but still gotta lock in the final date. Venue will be FOE Murray. Has about 13 bar box tables.
