Vintage Adam Pool Cue Weight Bolts?

Thinking about getting a vintage Adam cue. But it is too light. Can the weight bolts be changed so that the cue weighs 20 or 21 oz.?

Weight Bolts can be changed- but a word of caution here, especially dealing with older cues- those weight bolts sometimes are partially frozen due to many time related conditions. I even had a well respected cue maker break a butt cap on my vintage cue trying to remove an old weight bolt and I did the same once with an old Huebler cue trying to remove a weight bolt. Maybe you are an experienced craftsman with the correct equipment, but it is not always as risk free as it seems removing a weight bolt from the rear of a cue.
