Looking for a nice Davis blank to be used for a future project. A blank that I could do a wrapless with would be a plus, but certainly not necessary. Yes, I know Superiorcues has some left.

I have bought 2 from superior cues and the are amazing. Martin is great to deal with. I have one done and just sent the other out to have it finished. You will not be disappointed with a John Davis blank cue.
Still looking for a nice Davis blank. Ones with red/nat/blue veneers are of particular interest.

Great suggestion. Was hoping to find a nice one that somebody OTHER THAN MARTIN may be willing to sell. I’m sure he’s a great guy, but I’ve already seen what he’s got for sale.

Well John Davis is not making blanks any longer, he died I believe. Martin has the largest selection, better grap one, or be prepared to say I wish I had.
If your looking for spicific woods, colors of veeneers, say what you thing you want, but IMHO you just might be looking for a Chicken with Teeth.

Thanks for the advice. I believe I specified that red/nat/blue veneers would be preferred in post #8.
Don't worry about him, he doesn't know how to read and just hollers at the neighborhood from his front porch
Actually my reason, or advice was if he had two, or three options.
Being stuck on one perfect blank could be rough.

Andy Van Der Voord of Avs Cues (Michigan) may have a few as well.
