What pin is this?

Hello! I was wondering if anyone knew what pin this is? Its off a marvel cue? I thought it was a dufferin but it doesn't appear to be.. anyhelp would be greatful!

Dufferin did a deal to make Marvel comics themed cues. Low-end Chinese stuff.

Looks pretty skinny in the photo. I took a stab at 5/16 14 because of the wide threads. The front view thumbnail does look more like a 3/8 pin though

It's some metric import pin, I have the same pin here and I'll measure it
