While I think theirs's are chrome plated, you can purchase white plastic grid panels from Menards, or Home Depot. I built mine with 3-2'X2' LED panels Set into a wood box with the white diffusers, cost apx $175. If you search you will find pictures and a description of it. Was fairly simple to do, looks nice, and overall a fantastic light, Also many other members on here have built their own lights, and posted details on them. Some of them are really fantastic looking lights. Just do a search, there is quite a few ideas out there.

Home Depot sells the plated diffusers. That's where I bought mine for both of my custom light projects.

I built this light ot match my 1950's AMF commercial table and recently built the Gold Crown style light to match the Gold Crown I I recently restored.

I built a simple wood box .. and mounted an LED wraparound light fixture I picked up at Lowes ($119). It has a diffuser and is rated at 6500 Lumens and 4000K. Works great .. excellent illumination. Wood box cost $100 to build .. and another $50 for the escutcheon that we mounted to the ceiling to hang it from.

Mine is just silver colored plastic, but it has the T8 bulbs, not sure if newer models are the same. It's a Diamond

You want 5/8 inch silver square diffusers with the parabolic sides that reflect the light.

You want 5/8 inch silver square diffusers with the parabolic sides that reflect the light. Install them with the flat sides up towards the bulbs and the inside curved sides down facing the table, that's what bends the light to disperse it.

Confirming the Diamond light still has plastic diffusers. They use eight 4' LED bulbs now. This was delivered with my Paragon table in September 2020. In the picture below, it has been unboxed by the electricians, just before they installed it.
