Why don't you apply to Cuetec directly either by e-mail or on FB? At least that is what I would do...asking questions to the manufacturer first.My Cuetec Cynergy ferrule is crack and I'm planning to replace it. Does anybody know where to find it? thanks.
Please keep us posted if you find out where to buy a replacement ferrule or who can install a new one. This info appears to be a well keep secret just like the coating for Kentucky Fried Chicken. I have replaced a couple of cynergy ferrules with the replacement made out of Tomahawk. Customer enjoyed the hit.
