if my shaft is revo and measures to be 0.840 - then I want to match butt to it

Should the butt be also 0.840 exactly as the shaft, or should it be a little bigger as 0.842 for a smoother transition? I just want to be sure what to order in the joint size to make the shaft fit neatly.

Also sometimes I use mid-section extension between shaft and butt.

Send the piece you have and let them match it up. Ten people measuring the same joint with the
same instrument will probably come up with five different measurments.

Its not possible due to international expensive shipping, I am not a company therefore the price of shipping internationally is x3 the normal amount- but I do agree with you that people measuring the same thing can get different numbers, human error is insane.

I don't think there's an increase. At least not in any of my cues.

I'd contract with a cue maker, put down a deposit and then find what you're looking for off the shelf from ebay that fits perfectly and cancel out on the builder and ask for your money back. Then ask the forum what they think.
