How many total, do you own today, playing, break, jump, collectible, or no special reason. Just dust collector?

4 players, 1 jump, 1 break, and one snooker.

I play almost exclusively with my Nitti, though an old meucci sneaky is in the trunk and gets occasional use.

I don’t collect cues. I just don’t sell them once I buy them...

4 players - Pechauer
1 break or player depending on shaft- Pechauer Black Ice
2 Brunswick- Willie Hoppe and butterfly
Rest are just my wall art

4 McDermott Lucky "House" cues
2 players (one likely to be for sale soon)
1 break
1 jump
---
8 total

If the question were how many different cues have I owned over the course of my life....yowza. Did the buy-and-sell revolving door thing for a while. Scores and scores. Have settled down considerably in that area.

Past, don't recall but it was more

One English-style pool cue that I think is beautiful but nobody's ever complemented :(
A break/jump cue.
An English pool cue made of a different type of wood that I bought cheap second hand to see the difference.
An old playing cue with specs I don't like since I changed my stance a few years ago.
A snooker cue that hardly ever gets used, but has a nice blank belly (the ash is cut so that there's no grain through the underside. It doesn't really make a difference, but I like it.)
A very light break cue, and a heavy break cue, both of which I bought cheap to try.
An American pool cue that didn't get used much, even pre-covid.
A 'sneaky' cue that matches my main cue's specs, which I've oiled nicely and put a good tip on, that looks old and crap. I don't think I've ever taken it anywhere, to be honest.
And a couple of old cues acquired here and there.

The whole collection was probably worth a few hundred dollars new, and a couple of hundred if you did the leg-work to try to sell them.

Also, I have a broom on which I sanded that top of the handle and stuck a tip on.
Sometimes I wonder about the amount of spare time I used to have...

I own a retail outlet selling cues, cases and accessories. My current cue inventory is 82. Everything in the shop is paid for, does
that mean I own them? And what is it that brings you to ask??
