The operative word there was "had".I had to be careful of how much time I spent at the home table, too much playing was bad for the marriage....

The table mentioned in the OP was delivered and installed today. Olhausen 8x4 with Simonis 860 Tournament Blue. Things turned out well.

Now you've done it. My wife wants your flooring.
I like it. The house is one I just moved into and am still getting settled into. That was a big selling point for me. The entire house(minus garage, kitchen and bathroom) has that in it, even the closets.

I was originally going with Simonis 860 Green as I thought that's the way God intended it to be. I was outvoted by my wife, daughters and grandchildren. Glad I went with the Tournament Blue though. My old eyes see better on it than green cloth. I find the Simonis 860 much faster than cloth I played on years ago. The 760 is supposed to be even faster. 860 is fast enough for me.
