JW Hagger is history, and one else besides the Drill Sargents - Bazookas Extension.

Any recommendations on current stuff 12-16”.

The bazooka is still out there, and it works!

X10R works, but difficult to transfer from one cue butt to another as the extension fit relies on changing velcro pads - just OK for a one cue usage.
