I have early Adam cues and it does resemble them. It didn't come with a matching shaft I'm sorry to say. It doesn't look well made,but it looks good with all the inlays. And the wrap is only 7 1/4 compared to an early Adam

I know you own cues. A good cue in any condition screams quality.
I agree. Unfortunately the quality of it overall just isn't there in my opinion.

Cue are like Cigars it come dow to what you personally like.
Friend who is very knowledgeable about Cigars made comment a while back.

Its not an ADAM cue. ADAM look-alike from Taiwan or China. Real ADAM cues were far better made than this.
I agree, I have a few Adam cues,the nicest one is a 57" "Bludgeon". This butt here just doesn't have the quality of my little Adam collection.
Never seen an ADAM cue that rough. Not even close to real ADAM quality.
The construction is just too crude in my opinion. And a 7" wrap sounds like someone, well, saving $ on materials. That's why I'm looking for jayman, he's pretty sharp on Adam cues as well as others.Thank you!
I've owned/seen ADAM cues of this basic design. ALL were WAAAAAY better made than this thing. In the late 70's-80's you saw a lot of these ADAM look-alikes. A lot of rooms sold these because you could get them CHEAP at wholesale and make a pretty good profit on them.
Yes I know that also. My first Adam was my fanciest, I got used in '78 I think. The skill just isn't there on it I think. Thanks!

Lol,the mystery deepens! I finally found jayman! He's very knowledgeable on cues, I respect his knowledgeable immensely. He says it is an Adam but made for the Japanese market. Not for import to the States or anywhere. This explains the short wrap, not having any bolt system or the lack of delicate inlays the Company is known for. I guess I like it,I'm not sure if my cue maker can or will do it. His name is Joey Thomas, son of the first 2 time NASCAR Champion "Herb" Thomas and his "Flying Hornet",paid tribute to by Paul Neumann as the Judge in the movie "Cars".
