SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 19, 2021 AT 3 PM EST, approximately 1 1/2 hours.

All ages are welcome to our FREE pool clinic
with Pro Joann Mason Parker
We encourage young boys and girls to come out and learn a new hobby/sport. The game of pool can have a great and lasting impact on many aspects of life including balance, patience, geometry, physics, critical thinking, and more!
League members new and old are also welcome. Learn basic strategy and improve your fundamentals to help you in your weekly play.
The casual player who may not be competitive can also improve their knowledge and understanding to make your night out with friends at the poolhall a little more enjoyable.
There is no Fee for this event, however we ask that you email or message us to sign up so adequate seating can be arranged.

I was told Cuetec had a cue model named after her.

Everyone associated with this game from a money making perspective should be focusing more than a fair amount of their time and money in targeting American youth in an introduction to this game in an environment that is instructional in nature, sustainable in content, challenging and rewarding - providing a sense of both healthy social interaction and personal accomplishment to those that participate in the game.

Hats off to Joann Mason Parker and THE Spot! My oldest brother, living up in Westchester NY, has seen her recently in a pool room up that way. Let's see some other rooms and pros/former pros get into the act and start building some pool schools that give the kids something to enjoy outside of the grip of today's techno world. Somewhere that they actually have to see people, interact in person, and learn a lot about themselves through a very great game!

Amen to that! Let’s not reinvent the wheel though. The Billiard Education Foundation (BEF) has a vibrant program running right now with the Junior Nationals just completed in Las Vegas. Pre-Covid many states had qualifiers for the Junior Nationals as well. I totally support bringing young people into pool and am voting with my feet and pocket book. Congratulations to JoAnn Mason Parker and The Spot.

A smart room owner who promote free Pool Clinics, teach rule, save 8 ball, some basic instruction.

I know if you do this you will pick up business.

LADY’s Club we’re I live does this they build membership.

I guess the problem for many of the owners is that 10 year olds don't buy beer, so I think the billiard equipment folks need to step it up a bit in terms of youth programs. In the right towns, you can sell a lot of equipment if you get it going.

10 year olds don't buy beer, but their parents and relatives do come to watch, and they buy beer.
