Opinions on Carbon Fiber Butt Weight??

As Jeff points out in his post, they will be foam filled - the same method that CF shafts are made.
How do you propose making them "adjustable"?

Any butt can be built to have a weight bolt, right?
If I built a completed butt, I would make it just like my regular cues, with adjustable weight bolts in the rear.
I doubt they will be able to get them to weight with just foam IMO. I'm sure they will try to make them ballanced and make them weight adjustable. I can't wait to see them.
Aside from the foam, extra weight can be added in around the middle of the butt, to increase the weight further. That's why we're wanting to get the popular opinion on desired weight, so we know what to order.
One of the issues I found with carbon handles, was that the weight needed to be very secured to the handle in a mechanical way. Other wise it was suspended like lead shot in a dead blow hammer and hit with less overall energy but no bounce. A bit like taping weight to the outside of the handle to see how much more hitting power it may have. Anyway, I made mine adjustable to suite the person who ordered it. After it was assembled, it was no longer adjustable. Carbon does not absorb the energy like wood does, is my experience in making handles. Mine were resin filled, not foam filled and that made a noticeable difference. Especially with the different density resins like different density woods.
