No clue what riddle you're trying to deliver. C'mon folks, the guy has been coming here for years to ply his trade. How fkng stupid does one have to be to snooze probably THE biggest threat to one's job? Too bad it happened and i hope it works out but i just don' get the indignation/sympathy over this.
Actually its USCIS now. Do you really think a DHS employee is going to risk bribery charges and jail time to let a pool player in the country? Or was this just a joke too??
It is a threat, a self-imposed one. If i'm going to a foreign country to make money you can be damn sure i'd know exactly what my visa dates/policies were.
A friend of mine had huge back taxes. He hired a lawyer . Lawyer asks him how much he can afford to pay.
It was settled after that.
Is it a coincidence these tax lawyers and immigration.lawyers used to work for the IRS and INS?
A co-worker of mine had a cousin busted for drug dealing.
His lawyer made some foreign account deposit.
Voila, the judge threw out the case for technicality.
Politicians are.openly trading from the priveleged.info ( cough cough , Pelosi) and nobody has prosecuted them.
The big fish never gets caught.
