Tall people have to stand farther back from the shot. They have to spread their legs apart more or bend more at their knees to get lower to the table. They often experience back pain issues due to extreme bending. Pool tables vary in height, and a tall person who winds up competing on a group of lower tables is facing major stance and comfort adjustments.
