That sounds like the appeal to Authority fallacy. You don't have to know how to do something in order to know if something is good or not. You don't need to know how to play the piano in order to be able to tell if someone is playing off-key. Also the guy didn't really start the business. He bought the business from someone else. Because the other person was going to close shop.
Nothing to complain about. You expressed your concerns, he basically told you to fk off.
No need to try and "fix" the guy or his business. You have your answer.

So you're okay with a person who runs a business telling you very rudely that you shouldn't be voicing your concern or whatever?

Yes. It's his opinion and I would respect that. I would also probably take my patronage elsewhere.
Sometimes you have to ask yourself why should this person care about what I have to say?
If I own a restaurant and one guy comes everyday with his employees and drops 200 on dinner and another 200 in drinks. Another comes once a week gets an appetizer and a water.
Both make a few suggestions on how I run my business, who's opinion do I give a fk about?

Neither.

I was really hoping people would read this and give me their honest thoughts. Because I was getting stuff off my chest because honestly I don't like the way the pool hall is run.
I find nothing in your rambling post that warrants a response, only regret because I fear I have damaged my mind by reading it.

Stop giving him your weekly roll of quarters.

If he has any sense he will put up a sign about you next to the one about Biden.

I think the hall that he visits having the laziest owner would be too much of a coincidence to be possible.

Open your own room....
Then you will swear profusely,
Become cheap,
Adjust hours to survive and
Learn to hate stupid questions
These days yes that’s most often the case.

50 years ago I think it would have been fun. Gambling, profitable biz, never knowing what tomorrow will bring. I could get into that.

In todays world, all done 🥲😔

So at the moment I kind of just don't care. I was sort of wanting to not say this stuff. But I've changed my mind at the moment. I'm not naming names or anything. But the pool hall when the signs of let's go Brandon I would say the owner is very lazy. And I'd say stuff has not worked out that good. So the hours of the pool hall we're going to change. And well they changed for a little bit but they reverted back to their original hours the only difference is they're open on Sundays. So there's a change that didn't quite last. Also the pool room has two doors. And on each doors is the hours. But only on the front entrance has he actually changed the hours. The other door still says the old hours. On the Facebook page the hours changed. It looks like Facebook got hours from some website or something and they're the wrong hours and he has never changed them back in the last 3 months. even after I told him about the hours. And he was also talking about how he was going to have some fresh-made food. But that never happened. I mean there is more selection Of like candy and stuff. But the food is all the same fried frozen food. The guy would not turn on the heat even though several people complained that it was cold. And people would routinely wear jackets during the winter. The pool room owner actually yelled at a league player over Pool not like this guy was stealing and he told the guy to get out or anything there was an incident with pool and the owner possibly threatened the guy. One time I went in there and there were pieces of paper on a couple pool tables and a couple tables that said reserved. So I was playing on some other tables and I asked the owner why the tables were reserved. He replied that those were old signs from last night and they're not reserved and then he called me Curious George because I ask a lot of questions. One time I joked and was like so how much would it cost to spend the night here. He responded you got to be kidding tell me you're kidding who the hell asks a question like that. And I'm like yes I am joking. I mean sure it might not have come off as a joke but his response really was unwarranted. And when he's talking with friends every other word is a swear word. And I mean it's not like he's Whispering this you can hear him. An example one time he was like we are going to effing change the felt on the pool tables so it's not effing different colors it's all the same effing color we don't have like an effing rainbow of colors. I don't like to swear hence I didn't use the word but you can tell where the f word should be.

So if this makes sense to you guys I know it's kind of jumbled up. But if it makes sense what do you guys think? Laziest pool room owner?
jamie, take your meds. I think you may have forgotten them.
