Poland, pool new rising star, how they do it?!

Poland will have nine players at the 9 ball world championship. Last year they had all their players qualified for the 2nd stage!
After the recent success, at eurotours and Vegas for example, there is no doubt Poland´s pool association is doing something very well done.
What have they been doing? Why is it working so well? Can it be replicated?

I've posted about Polish pool a few times(even 20min before this) in last couple yrs. The reason is that Poland has one killer national program. These kids get training and tournament exp. at an early age. Could it happen here in the US? Anything is possible but i just don't see a program of this scale and/or quality happening here anytime soon. We do have junior pool with good teachers but it needs more $$$ and something like a national training facility. Right now the Poles are the 'gold standard' in churning out quality players.
